Default ford 7.3 diesel powerstroke blowing fuses

I went to start my truck this morning and it wouldn't start. I had it plugged in all night, so i threw a charger to the battery. I set it to 200 amp quick start, got in truck and started it. I went in the house came back out found truck had stopped running. Went to restart the truck and found that I had no wait to start light. I checked the fuses in the power distribution box under the hood, found that i had blown a 30 amp glow plug controller fuse. I replaced the fuse and turned the igniton on. The fuse blew instantly. I think I cooked wires, if so where should I start looking? Or maybe some suggestions on this problem. Any help would be appreciated!

it might be your glow plug sylenoid on top of the motor right behind and to the passenger side of the fuel filter bowl it will look just like a reg battery sylenoid right there its not hard to see.
