Wire the pump to a keyed fuse, not the vehicle wiring harness.

Would you mind explaining a little more in detail please? Also when I turn the key on the pump turns on for about 2 seconds and then shuts off?

Did you run a "new" 12V power supply wire to the pump?

The airdog 150 c ame with a new harness with a positive and negative, hooked them up to the battery..... and then hooked a plug into the old fuel harness in the engine bay and then a new connector to the pump new one.

Sounds like problem solved. Clear your codes and see what happens.
