247k on the odometer. completly stock. it seems to run a little rough but not horrible. i replaced the fuel filter due to it being clogged and nasty. cleaned thefilter housing and replaced the lift pump. i can push the accel. pedal all the way to the floor and it will only get up to 15mph in roughly 100 feet or so. it doesnt sound like the turbo is really spooling up, it almost acts like it has an exhaust restriction. its not smoking black, blue, or white. what could it be? im going to drop the exhaust off from the cat back tommorrow to see if that helps. any suggestions are appretiated.

 

can you spin the turbo wheel by hand and does it freewheel nicely?

 

Sounds like crappy fuel. I'd purge the tank and replace with fresh fuel. Also replace the fuel filter again.

 

Air in the fuel system from filter change?
