I would say that number 1 injector isn't atomizing the fuel, but instead pissing fuel into the cylinder.

 

Dad wanted me to ask "Would it be normal for the front injector to run cooler because that is where the coolant comes in from the radiator, and because it is closest to the fan and incoming air?"
The only thing I can think of is to get the injectors checked, or swap injectors to see if the cooler temp follows the injector.

 

Swap #1 for #3, then go from there.

 

i agree it sounds like wash out to me pennsacola injector suck i have had two sets both were bad and when tested werent what they said they were
