hello to all i have a 6.0 powerstroke and its throwing a p2262 code i installed a used cleaned turbo but still has no power but if you hold the throttle to 3000 rpms it will all of a sudden run great but if you turn the key off it goes back to same thing.any ideas thanks in advance

 

have you checked your plug to the vgt? or the wiring to it? That is where i would look first it sounds like your vanes are not moving.
