Default Shop says need injectors

Hello,guys
It all started when i changed my oil and fuel filters on my 2004 6.0 104000 miles on it.After I changed oil and filter on myTruck it was very hard to start when cold so took to shop and guys said it was a stansion plate under the fuel filter on the motor.Picked it up started fine drove off and started running really bad from 1,800rpm's to 2,100r's took back to shop and they hooked up to computer and it says number 1 and number 4 are weak (-40on1 and -25on4) not to sure what that means but what does it sound like to you guys out here,it was running fine before the P.M any help,Thanks ahead of time.

I am just taking a stab here, but I have heard that there has been instances where the fuel filters are not seated correctly it doesnt push in a pin that sends fuel correctly. Thats all I got unless it through a code.

What about a short in the valve cover injector harness failure? This could explain the problem occuring after an internal repair. Fuel heater could cause the hard start when cold but it would have to be pretty cold. Take it to a good shop and they'll have you fixed in no time!
