Default Ecm codes and heavy surging

I have an 02 cummins HO.New lift pump,fuel lines,fuel filter,MAP,IAT,APPS.
I can hold it to the floor in 6th gear and have about 5 psi of boost and go about 60mph.
Then the truck will start to surge and buck ,boost will start to climb and away I go.Then boost drops and power goes down the tubes.
I have P0112 and P0237.after i clear the codes they come back as soon as the engine is started. The truck has been to dodge 3 times and they have been wrong everytime.
I read a guys thread on here with the same truck and the same symptoms, but the thread was ended with no answer to what was wrong?
I can check into my wiring a little more but I'm pretty sure it's good.ECM seems to be IMOP.
the last thing it can be?Can anyone help.

Ok, so what parts has the dealer replaced?

P0112 - is IAT Sensor (Intake Air Temperature) voltage low. The IAT sensor in on the drivers side, near the back. Takes a 13/16" deep socket. If you go here it will show you how to test it: IAT sensor - Ram Diesel Problems and repair

P0237 - is Turbocharger Boost sensor Low. I would suspect this may have something to do with the turbo wastegate. Which would explain why you are having boost issues.

Im guessing that its your ECM.

Had a guy come see me about 2 months ago with the same codes doing the same thing, He had a dealer replaced those sensors and everything still didn't work, I did a pin out test and everything looked good so I told him to put a ECM in it and that solved it

Ya, let me know if you do,please.Thanks.
I hope the problem is in my ecm.I have been e-mailing bluechip diesel and he figures it is the vp44?I would say the ecm is not telling the vp44 what to do properly or the vp44 is not listening and thus the codes?Ecm is much easier to replace and cheeper too.......

I found a used ecm for an 02 six speed HO.It will be on the way on Monday I hope.
I would rather waste $200 on a used ecm to find out if that is the problem that $700 for a recon.I will put up a post with the results after I get it in.
Thanks Guy's for the reply's.
