Default Sudden Oil Leak

Hey all, I noticed I have an oil leak with water located just in front of my oil filter position on my 2004 Dodge 2500 Diesel 4X4. I had replaced my oil 2 weeks ago and thought maybe my oil filter loosened a little. It was tight as a drum.
I had added a quart of Lucas oil treatment to my truck and filled the oil just at or above the maximum level 2 weeks ago. I also took a trip from NC to FL with no issue. It has been very hot here (upper 90's in NC) and I thoght maybe the overfill may be venting, any ideas?

Well, I climned under truck, and it is not an oil leak...it is radiator fluid. I think it is coming from the lower radiator hose. Thanks for letting me vent....Like the website, I'll be Back for sure.
