Default 99 Ford F350 7.3 Scan code problem

I have a 1999 ford F350 with 7.3 with turbo. I had the truck scanned and it came up with the code P0301 I was told that the injector needed to be replaced . I had the injector replaces and I had it scanned again and the code came up again stating #1 missfiring. Can anyone help me with this on what to do to fine out about the missfiring. The engine runs good but at a speed about 40-45 it runs a little rough.I tow a 30' living quarters horse trailer and get between 10.5 to 11 miles per gallon PLEASE HELP

that being said you will either need to replace the valve cover gaskets or the injector wiring harness. i would change both at the same time if it were me....
