Default Help!!

hey guys this is kinda off the beaten path but has do with a diesel problem I have. A month ago our CAT 416C backhoe started to cut out and eventually die when under load then it would take a good 5 min to get it started again, we changed the fuel filters still no fix, next we had the injection pump rebuilt and it ran fine for a couple weeks, today it started doing the same thing I have no Idea what the hell is wrong with it we changed the lift pump, checked all the fuel lines for leaks it all looks good. Could the injectors cause this? have you guys had any problems like this on a truck or anything if so how did you fix it?!?

had 2 problems on my truck doing this one was alge in the system, and the real culprit was the fuel pressure regulator, also check for any rubber lines colapsing between the tank and lift pump and for something in the tank plugging off the pick up tube

Most the fuel lines on it are hard lines, we cleaned out the tank the first time it had some rust in it but nothing major, thats what has me so confused about it everything checks out good, how would i know if it did have alge? Were would it be? In the tank?
