Default 06 Ford codes Lack of power

New to site having a problem with my 06 ford 6.0l. I am not getting fuel to the engine. I have change filters work for a day or two and now I am getting a p2290 injector pressure too low. I did have water in fuel. Changed filter once. The truck will not start and if it does no power. I have a edge juice with a monitor. I check the top filter on the engine and it is almost dry I get a vacuum sound when it is coming off and the bowl is almost dry. I know there is a chance this will harm injectors if not fixed. Once I do this the truck will run fine for a day or two and do it again. Anybody have any ideas??? I was going to change filters again but these ones are only 2 weeks old.....

if you got bad fuel or water in fuel there is a good chance that the water was muddy or real dirty. i would start by changing the filters again. you might remove the water seperator plug. and drain that into a clean bowl and see if it looks dirty.
