Default 04 6.0 Won't Crank

Is there anyone out there who can help me. I have a 2004 Ford F350 6.0 turbo that all the sudden started blowing white smoke like a freight train. It did it all the way home. When I got home I shut it off and it wont so much as crank over now. I have replaced the batteries, and the starter. I cant find any blown fuses. The motor will turn by hand. There is no broke teeth on the flywheel that I can see. There is oil in the intercooler lines so I am pretty sure it lost the turbo but why wouldn't it be able to turn the motor? I have never done much work on diesel motors before so I am completely stumped on this one. I love the truck but right now it is just a gigantic paper weight. Please help!!!

White smoke indicates blown head gaskets or injectors. My guess would be head gaskets.

would that cause it to not be able to turn the motor over?

One cylinder may have filled with antifreeze.

If you can turn the motor over by hand the motor is not seized or hydro locked. When you go to crank do you hear the starter engage? Do you hear the solenoid click? Check fuses and relays.

On your white smoke. Injectors or head gasket. Both are common. Look at your degas bottle (the tank on the firewall with the cap on it). Do you have a white residue around the cap and on the tank? If yes, no question, head gaskets.
