Default Waiting to start forever

Hey guys it been awhile but the old truck seem like it wants to die but its still going. But now with the cold weather here in indiana my truck is having problems. The truck will start but the wait to start light will stay on until the truck is warmed up which takes about 10 minutes. Also after its warmed up the light will start flashing with the wait to start, water in fuel, and check engine until it shut off and the the alternator will kick on giving me juice but during this whole time the truck doesn't have juice going to the battery. I already have replaced the asd relay and the starter relay because they were clicking but i think that it might be the cold start switch but i dont know how to test it to see if its bad. So if anyone has ever run into this problem or knows how to fix it if you could post back or help out that would be great.

I don't want to send you on a wild goose chase, but you might look for a broken ground wire. I am basing this off of the flashing lights. There was one vehicle that when you would use the turn signal all the lights on the dash would flash. It turned out to be a bad ground. Everything on the dash grounded at the same point and the screw came out.

Well, I just finished the wild goose hunt and did not find a loose wire or bad ground. But also what I was saying that the wait to start light, water in fuel, and check engine are the only one that flicker. But thanks for the help I did find some loose wires but they weren't the right ones.

Ya and I already replaced both of those relays. Those were my first guess on what was causing the problem. So right now i have to plug the truck in at night so it will start in the morning or im SOL becasue the cold start doesn't even work now.

Ya that would be great if you could get that info to me but I can plug it in at night and it will start perfectly fine in the morning so how would that be broken. Also, I do have a temp gauge but how would that show me or affect this problem?
