my truck has a shudder or might be a slip i dont know what to realy call it. it happens when in O/D. right once it drops into O/D and still accelerating it shudders/slip till you let off. it is startingg to get worse. it seems to only do it in O/D. any help would be appreciated

i noticed in your signiture it doesnt say anything about tranny mods dou you even have any?

sounds like what happene to my budys 95 when he had to replace his torqu converter after he added just a fuel plate

 

you bet i do. i got a a a a a a anothin.

it came up with a code on the scanner and said to check a service manuel. but couldnt find the codes in it. ill look some more tommorow. i think the code was 1395 or 1393. could be wrong but i will look later to double check

 

i would but his my budies would only shudder like you are explaining in over drive and the more you drive it the worse it gets he eventually welded his clutches for 3rd and 4th gear together from not getting a new torque converter soon enouph

 

does anyone else think anything besides the tc
