Default Powerstroke Fuel Leak

Hey, I just developed a fuel leak that drips near my passenger front tire after a service and now it is very wet under there and cannot trace without ripping stuff out. too wet. any ideas?

if it was a fuel filter some times you will get alot of fuel spillage and it will run into the valley and if you park on an incline it will drip down to the ground...

if its a pre-99.5 powerstroke it could be that you fuel pump is leaking, or the two blue hoese below the fuel fuel houseing is leaking, all are very common on the early powerstrokes.

thats what im guessing, from his info his is a 01 PS

There is a valve on the back side of the fuel filter [on top of engine]that allows you to drain the fuel bowl when changing the filter. Check that relief valve making sure it's closed all the way............. When open fuel will drain exactly around the inside of passenger side front wheel, there is a tube that this fuel comes from. also be sure it's not fuel left from the service you had done setting on top of the intake.....tony

dfuser.com sales a new water/fuel drain valve...
