Default Cat C7 ----- No Fuel!

We had a trouble call this morning and our pole truck operator was parked on the side of the rode. Well all the fuel drained to the passenger tank. They winched it onto level ground and pumped some off road into it. Still wouldn't crank so they cracked an injector, which I told they not to do, and now they are covered in oil! HA-HA! But how in the world do you prime a C7 without a primer pump?

Try and refill the fuel filters if they are empty. Other than that, dang good question!

crack the filter loose, and then stuff a rag and a blow off tip on the air line into the tank with fuel, let the air pressure push the fuel through the lines to the filter when it starts leakin out, tighten the filter and then try to start the beast while holding the pressure in the tank semi sealed with a rag.

it usually works great, I got so tired of the kids that worked for me running the tractor out of fuel that I put a tire valve right in the fuel cap...... toss in a few gallons, hook on the air line, and crank.............. on my way in a few seconds.
