Default 2006 Dodge Ram loosing power.....

first: no codes have been set (other than the "crankshaft position sensor" code that has been happening for years with no degradation of eng. power)
So acceleration is normal up to the point when I further depress the throttle, then the eng. starts to bog down and and RPM's cease to rise. If I back off on the throttle "some" power returns and RPMs slowly increase???
I cleaned the air filter and ran my scan tool looking for any codes but to no effect. Help please!

First time i would do is remove your smarty jr and go back to a stock truck program and see if changes anything.
It could be your TPS

Could also be weak fuel pump, clogged fuel filter. Check basics first.
