Hey everyone, I have a 1993 Chevy K2500 with the fully mechanical 6.5L turbo diesel. I recently washed the engine bay with a light pressure wash, and the next day I started having a couple issues: First, all of my gauges stopped working. Temperature is stuck, oil pressure is stuck, tach is maxed out, speedo does nothing and volt meter does nothing. Both batteries and alternator read between 10.1 and 10.7 volts.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I've replaced the alternator just in case and checked all battery and alternator connections. Haven't done anything else so far.
