Default 98 International 3400 T444e shuttle bus dead ECM. Help please!

This bus is used for a non-profit youth summer camp and is needed asap. Everything was running great. Brought kids back from a field trip and just as soon as I was pulling in to park it just shut off, just like I turned the key off. Tried to restart and nothing but cranking over. After doing some hunting on the internet and checking for fuel to the motor I pulled the ecm codes. I got 111, 124, 125, 525, 626, 222. I check all the wiring I could for shorting and then figured I would reset the codes to see what it would come up with. I went through the reset steps and then it wouldn't do nothing. The glow plug light wouldn't even come on. I decided to take the ecm off and look at it. Popped it open and found 7 different burned components and burned board spots. One of the chips on the low voltage side exploded and burned the whole board.
I managed to find 2 savage ecm's and tried both of them with no results. I get the same dash lights and results with the ecm's in or out of the truck. My guess is that I am not getting power to the ecm but I have checked every fuse I could find and I have not found any other electronic modules in the truck.
Does anyone have any ideas or something for me to look for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Ok after much internet hunting and wire tracing I had a hunch that with as much damage that was in the ecm I had to of burned a fuse or lost power and I was right. I finally found a module fuse in the driver side auxiliary battery box. 40amp blown. I replaced it with a 30 since I think it should have blown way before it actually did. The truck starts and runs!! I cleared the codes that were on the salvage ecm and now all I have is the 111 and a 626.
111 No Errors Detected
626 Unexpected reset fault ECM_PWR
From what I understand this model 1807349c4 ecm is used for a couple of different motors. I havent taken it on the road but it idles and revs fine. It even sounds a little quieter to me but that might just be my imagination.
Should I just leave things as they are or should I take it to the dealer to get the ecm flashed to what it's supposed to have in it??

Thanks
