Default injector problem or more severe??? HELP

Hey guys, new to this forum. Just bought a 1995 powerstroke that just had a 1997 motor swapped into it (has about 120k). Have had it about 2 weeks. ran flawless other than every once in a while under heavy acceleration the motor would sputter or hiccup. (Wasn't super concerned about it). But yesterday morning I went to go warm it up and noticed it was smoking very heavily on cold start (white thick smoke). It cleared up after about 5 minutes and I drove to work and went on with my day. This morning I went to go start the truck and same thing extremely heavy white smoke but this time it would not clear up. It was misfiring for about 5 minutes and when it warmed up it sounded like it was on all 8 cylinders and the white smoke slowed down at idle but under slight acceleration it was still pouring out the exhaust. I can see smoke coming from the back of the engine (looks like cylinder 7 passenger side). I'm thinking it has a bad injector but the smoke is so heavy I'm hoping it's not broken piston or cylinder. The motor has electronic return fuel system, aftermarket injectors (not sure what brand or size, was told they are "100hp injectors") 4 inch turbo back exhaust,
cold air intake cold air intake
, aftermarket intercooler (believe it's banks) and ts 6 position chip. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!!
