I know a guy down here who ownes a business of buying ONLY wrecked cummins from insurance auctions and parts em out. He'll sell you an engine and anything you will need to get it in. My friend just bought a 12v for his 02 and dropped it in a few nights ago. Shipping wont be fun but it'l be a cheaper price for the engine. He goes through the entire thing too before he sells anything. Shoot me a pm if you'd like his #. he knows alot about alot when it comes to our motors.

So if Cummins got it running and you got the leak fixed it sounds like its time to sell it with the blow by. Sounds like a headache thats costing you a lot of money.
