Default 08 Ford 6.4 No Start wiring short?

Going along and then died. Will not restart. I get DTC P0148 P062d P062e. So I know the error codes at fuel delivery, fuel bank 1 & 2. Is there a short in the wiring harness and is under the valve cover? Any photos?

08 Ford F250 6.4 just 77k miles. Just fueled up from 1/4 to full and truck died on way home 20 miles down the road. I have the DVD Ford Manual.

Thanks for your help.

Ok I tested with ELM 327 reader the first time and I got DTC P0148, P062d, P062e. I retested with my chip programmer and it read P0620 and P062d, I cleared the codes with the programmer and re-tested and I got just P062d.
Engine turns over fine, glow plug light comes on and goes off normal, no temp or other problems.
I am going to drain the water at the separator and give a shot in morning, then I guess pinpoint test at PCM for the P062d DTC.

Well, fuel was clean and no water at separator. Engine still turns over w/o starting and bother readers get hard DTC P062d. I ran through ecm engine plug with ohm and no beeps. I have seen where wires chaffed on early 6.4 at hpfp wire harness with no start. This is hard to get at to see or test, unless someone has a trick?
