I have a 94 k1500 with a 6.5td after a lot of repairs i finally got her running. I replaced inhector pump. Lift pump. Lines sending unit and pmd. Truck sputters on take off but when you hit the gas it smothes out and gose fine. Today i drove it for about 5 mile and it started sputtering then cut off when i wasnt on the throttle. It took about 10 seconds of cranking and it fired back up. I sat and let it idel for a few minutes idels smooth but the second i put it in gear it died. I got it to start again and it only ran for a few seconds then died again. Its showing codes 32 and 33.
i also noticed my lift pump dosnt come on. I open the valve and there is no pressure. I have a bypass line for priming and when i hook it up the lift pump comes on so i know the pump is good.
My question is what should i look for or dose anyone have a match?

 

Problem solved. Its a bad oil pressure switch. I hot wired the lift pump and truck fired right up and runs great. I guess i will go ahead and do the relay mod. The truck is stock. Pmd has been relocated.
Are there any other mods or suggestions to make the truck more dependable?
