Hi all, I have a 03 F350 with a 6.0 that has been trouble free until now. I was blowing the intercooler tube off and thought I had a turbo issue. Took it off and it was fine, reinstalled and then no boost. Replaced the actuator and no change.
Discovered leaks in the up-pipe and decided to pull the cab and bullet proof it, egr delete, new manifolds, pipes, Oil cooler, all the 6.0 upgrades etc. While I had it apart I also installed all new hoses, lines, and belts.


Still no low end power. The turbo is fine, vanes are moving. Were building boost.
In park I can rev until the cows come home. In drive, foot on the brake I cant get over 1200 RPM. I have replaced all the fuel filters and have good pressure.


Doing some research on this site and others, I sounds like maybe ICP/IPR issue.


Anyone have a take on this?


Looking for suggestions as to where I should go from here.
