Default Crank no start Liberty CRD

Need Help! My daily driver an 05’ Liberty CRD is not running. Towed to shop and it sat for 4 weeks. They Replaced Camshaft Position Sensor with no change cost me $200. Verified no loose plugs etc. Ended up towing her back home. She has also had the Crankshaft Position Sensor replaced a few months back. Sometimes it starts and runs great, most times it does not. The Parker Racor R24S fuel filter bowel was drained even though it did not look like any water visible. New battery and charger verifies full charge. No OBD codes. She also has inline liftpump installed in spring. She turns over great but will not start. When she starts there are no issues of hesitation etc. I was told if I spirt very very small amount of starting fluid it should try to start if she was not getting fuel through lines. It changes nothing.
It was suggested I have air in fuel line. when I drained the bowel on the bottom of the Parker Racor R25S fuel filter a little of air was bled out. Suggested that I bleed from the injector. If I bled from fuel filter and it has a return line back to the tank would any air circulate back to the tank? I've found no mention of bleeding other then at the filter. Am I missing something?
End of rope, need ideas.
