Default NO START

06 F350 SDPS 6.0L diesel Starting reading water in fuel 4 days prior to the no start. On 4th day at night driving to house after 7 miles guage said it was running hot. I could pull over guage go right back to normal drove remaining 3 miles home without any problem. Next morning it would crank but no start. Changed both fuel filters, no water was in the reservoir but te filter was NASTY looked like little paint chips all thru it. Changed air filter. Changed oil and oil filter. All filters were factory. Disconnected ICP default didn't kick in. Checked wiring for FICM HPOP. After long crank oil guage comes up. Have removed EGR & cleaned it. Tried one day 4 times to spray starting fluid in the air intake on 4th time it started didn't last long sputtered out. Have now removed IPR cleaned it (screen appears to not have any holes but was dirty. I've been unable to find a link to look at to make sure I get it put back together. properly. (I apologize if I left something out. This is new for me as my husband was murdered in December & I have been trying to learn to do some of this on my own) thanks for the help in advance.

Remove one of the injector lines put some thing like a jar on the end of the fuel line and crank it for a second or 2. You should have fuel in the jar if not the problem is before the injectors check the filter input same way. if you have fuel here but not at the injector check your fuse to the injector pump it may have gone out
