Up No O/D after leak '96 Dodge 2500 auto

Hi Folks,
In a bit of a jam here...supposed to be delivering a few cars with my trailer this week, sprung a trans line leak yesterday, noticed it when I lost O/D. Fixed the problem (old line coupler) and topped it up (took 4 litres) but still no O/D. Can someone tell me what might be the issue here, and possible fixes?
Thanks,
Seann
