Default Anyone with knowledge on DT466m

I have an international 4700 with a DT466m(mechanical). When I bought the truck about a years ago, I was told it was rebuilt, But almost everyone says that about their motors. But it is very fresh looking as far as paint, hoses, hardware , etc. So I wouldn't be surprised if it was recently rebuilt. I am having a few minor issues that I hope someone can help me with. It does start right up in any temp no problem, idles well and runs well for the most part especially once warmed up. THE PROBLEM/S I AM HAVING IS THAT IT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE RUNNING 100%, IT SMOKES A LITTLE BIT AND DOESN'T HAVE AS MUCH POWER AS IT SHOULD ESPEICIALLY DURING ACCELERATION. iT SOUNDS THAT THERE COULD BE A MISSFIRE BUT NOT BAD AND NOT TO NOTICEABLY. BUT THERE IS A LACK OF POWER. wHAT I'M THINKING IS THAT THE MOTOR WAS REBUILT BUT THE FUEL INJECTOR PUMP WASN'T PROPERLY ADJUSTED. aS WELL AS THE OLD INJECTORS INSTALLED. I THINK THE INJECTOR PUMP NEEDS ADJUSTMENT OR SOMETHING AS WELL AS MAYBE A NEW INJECTOR OR 2. I WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATIVE IF SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THESE MOTORS COULD TELL ME WHERE TO START TO FIGURE OUT/NARROW DOWN THE PROBLEM. AND ANY KIND OF METHODS. THANKS
