Question steering wondering

I have a 2009 mega cab with 119000.0 miles and it seems that the steering is hard to go straight just the slightest movement of the wheel the truck goes that way is this the rack or steering gear box

Is this something that just started to happen? I drive my wife 2009 mega cab and it steers much different than my older dually. The steering on these trucks is sensitive for sure.

Caster issue maybe are the tires wearing unevenly? I would jack it up check the brake calipers, wheel bearings, tires for slipped steel belts, have it aligned. Is the truck 4X4? big tires?
