HAVE A 02 7.3 in f 250 Motor will turn over just fine, no start. Checked all fuses and relays Have checked codes with a snap on solus pro scanner, code p0605,0113, 1280 , Ordered and installed reman pcm and tried still. no start .did a koeo test hear no injector buzz, so replaced idm with rebuilt , now have buzz, no start. switched ipr and different icp unplugged icp and tried , no start .have removed icp and put gauge in , have 500 + to 2200 + psi at cranking , tack moves and regesters rpm on scanner , have checked fuel in fuel bowl, fills up, removed return line and placed thumb over fitting and cranked can't hold finger on fitting. Removed valve covers and checked under valve covers, ( found 1 glow plug wire bare and shorting, replaced both valve cover gaskets, checked all 8 glow plugs, checked relay . still no start "Have tried either ,will run on either, yesterday tried to start and just kept cranking and it started, ran at idle only, no power or throttle, walked away and died, tried to restart ,no start, It has to be something simple that I have over looked, now am going back to fuel system, has any one had this problem before

 

sound like your returning to much fuel..like when u closed off the returned it fired..i would look in that direction....scott
