Default 7.3 turbo deisel issue

1999 E350 7.3 Turbo Deisel. Problems started. Couple weeks ago while driving the van hicuped a couple of times, didn't think much about it, what a idiot I am.I have replaced the fuel pump, ICP, CPS, FUEL FILTER, cleaned the ones in the tank, the sensor that is on the side of the air filter box, sorry forgot that part name. Last week it started randamley cutting off while driving or at a stop, I usually started right back up but a couple times it didn't. I just put the new ICP in today thinking that would be it but I guess it wasn't. I hooked my code reader up and it comes up with rear wheel speed sensor. We have one shop around but I will not go back to them because they ripped me off before along with other people. I also changed the oil and filter. PS: engine only has about 65,000 on it, had it replaced a couple of years ago. Would great let appreciate some help.

Wierd your scanner comes up with a rear wheel speed sensor, and your motor hiccups?

Sorry the speed sensor code was there when I first scanned it, none of the others like the ICP OR CPS but after I installed the new ICP and scanned it again the ICP came up. This is driving me crazy.
