Update please. Now with the new info you posted, it does sound electrical, but you already know that.

 

It starts? Are you seeing white smoke?
Is it running rough? Codes?
Have you done a compression check? If not, do so.



If you have injectors stuck open nozzles will not help. You need to pull the injectors and send them to Industrial Injection. They have a special test stand just for testing and diagnosing CR injectors. These injectors are totally different than the older ones. They will be able to inspect the injectors and repair or replace them.

Hey guy's I had a buddy from a shop come by to check it out ; he found the ECM was toast . That's good news to me now I know what is wrong .
