Check your fuel pump to make sure you have fuel to engine.

7.3 will lose there hpop prime some times. On the top of the engine in the front there is a aluminum (box). Right above the high pressure oil pump. There is a small Allen screw remove it use a funnel and pour some oil in then on both heads there are 4 bolts per head remove 1 on each side pour oil in until it won't hold any more put them all back on and it may take some cranking but it should start.
