I have a 2005 dodge 2500 with roughly 200,000 km on it I have +90 injectors bully dog power pup tuner, and cold air intake along with a 6" bds lift and 37" Rocky Mountains for tires. Also has 4" turbo back exhaust with an aero performance muffler. I average about 10 to 12 mpg. Just wondering if there is anything else a guy can do to bump up fuel mileage??
