I have a 2003 lb7 that I think has a blown head gasket. 118000 miles
No white smoke
no coolant in oil
coolant doesn't smell like exhaust. "had radiator flushed at a shop today."
truck still runs perfect but it is pushing coolant out the hose.
is there something that I can check that will tell me if I have a blown head gasket.
coolant has lots of tiny air bubbles in it.

any help will be great.

there are some cases with an air pocket that hangs out in cooling system that can cause this. from your discription, it does not sound like a HEAD GASKET.
