Default 06 6.0 ipr issues

i have been trying to figure my truck out for weeks now. it died on me on the highway and would not start. had low injection pressure code. did pressure test could not hear any leaks. pulled ipr little tiny chunk on intact screen. pulled hpop seemed to have a spot hanging up when turning by hand. installed new pump and ipr, still no start only getting to 315psi. manually closed off ipr with jumper wire and fired right up getting 1600 psi. checked wires with tester got both + and - to ipr connection. thinking pcm swapped with another truck doner truck fired right up with my pcm in it, but no change with different pcm in mine. checked the ground wires for pcm and power wires found no issues. actually got it to fire and idle for a couple minutes today only building around 650 ip ran jumper wire to ipr immediate jump to 1300-1400 psi. so what could be the issue with pcm telling ipr to fully close but only closes fully when pcm is bypassed. any ideas?

tested it no but from everything i have heard if sensor is bad or not reading correctly you can unplug it and truck should fire. it doesn't. ever heard of doing the air pressure test and not ever hearing a leak? put air to it 3-4 times and not heard a thing.

JUST A STAB IN THE DARK.

on high pressure oil pump, where you replace o-rings, there is a sleeve, in that sleeve, there is 2 small bb's one on top and one on bottom, if one of those has slipped out, it will cause the truck to no fire, I had a friend who had this happen to him.

I would have your cpu checked. might not be putting out correct voltage, it also could just be another bad ipr, we had a a customer tell me he bought his from auto parts store and had to return 2 of them becasue they were bad, and disregard my other post, didnt have my coffee yet.
