07 dodge 2500 48rfe

2007 dodge 2500, seems to be wanting to skip 2nd gear bogs down 3rd 120,XXX dark fluid no burnt smell. trans codes p0711 trans temp sensor one performance p0713 trans temp sensor one high pressure.
I'm thinking a solenoid. Or is she done...
