Default 2nd time no start,

I have a 95 stock Cummins that won't start. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks. I got fuel pressure 21 wot and 25 at idle. No smoke, No resisance on my 1 year old factory replacement lp, piston moves fine, no leaks anywhere, seem like I'm losing prime. I'm out of ideas, any info is greatly appreciated. Happy holidays, and thanks again.

I'm in Ohio, and it's been cold as crap lately. I duno if this plays part of my issue, just giving details. I also have 1/2 tank of fuel.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

The first time this happened, after the truck started (a week ago) it's been fine since, and on that day I do remember my wait to start light coming on even after my truck was warmed up. More info...

25 psi at idle seems high. Did you check to see if any leaks?

Its dry under the hood, and no oily anything on my wet concrete driveway. I'm going to change my fuel fltr, but I just did couple months back. I primed my lp a thousand times just now and it'd running. I am sure its gona do it again.

Well I was changing my fuel fltr and broke the water seperator drain deal. Picking one up tomorrow, too freaking cold out. My fp gauge is a liquid filled deal (just a temporary gauge), it bounces around, I may be off a pound or so, but its been accurate with my other trucks gauges. My next step is to replace my fuel line I guess, although it has no rust or crust on it at all. I know that doesn't mean anything, I'm just at a stand still. Gota love trucks. As always thank you for any information.

No need to replace lines unless broken.

Seems the cold is affecting it somehow. Although you have a pretty high idle which should not be necessary. It seems you need more than a "routine" check up. Some one who can really rip it apart and fix. Good luck!

I was wondering about the cold, however after changing the fuel filter it has been fine, the previous one was changed 3 months before, and looked clean when I dumped the fuel out. however after 2 days of sitting it did drain a decent amount out in my drain pan, even dumping it out on the initial change. I was wondering maybe the filter was restricting it somehow, it was a Fleetguard so I duno, just rambling. I do apprectiate all the info!!! Thanks again.

Probably not it if you live in cold country, but the fuel company here didnt do the winter work in time and at -27 my fuel was jellin and thats not comfi like insoles. so truck was down 2 days. I had to use a portable heater for my fuel lines to get it going then added kerosene until tank got low enough for the winter fuel mix.
