Well I hope I am posting this in the correct section. I have an 06 cummins with all the mods listed below. I got in this morning started fine got to the beach spent the day sitting. I get in to leave turn the key to on and wait for the wait to start light to go off, then turn the key to start and nothing, the truck will not even turn over. The radio works fine as do all the dash and dome lights. I can't hear the starter even engauge. This happened about two weeks ago and I couldn't find a thing wrong but a loose terminal, tightened it up and she fired right up but had the same symptoms. Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

 

I would check for loose cables from batt to batt also to frame and starter.

 

Thanks for the response, I checked all the cables I couldn't find anything loose on her. I need to add it to my signiture but it is an automatic

 

Get a multimeter and test to make sure you are getting power to the starter.

 

Have you tried jumping the starter?

 

How many miles on her? Orginal starter?
