so what the truck is doing is i go to crank it over and i get a little studder like it wants to start then i can just keep on cranking and nothing will happen ive changed the lift pump/ shut off solenoid/ crank sensor/ and injection pump i can get it running off either but i really really hate doing that so and help would be greatly appreciated.

 

When mine only started on WD-40 not either (ever) it was boost sensor on the intake?

 

Just wondering if you are getting proper sump? if the motor air locks the diesel before the injectors it wont prime itself. I put an air hose with a rag around it into my full fill tube and have a friend crank on the truck with their foot on the floor while i am putting the air to it. hop this helps 6.2 and 6.5 have the same prime issues some times.
