Default Truck died while driving and wont start. Help needed

I have a 91 dodge D350. Last week completed the auto to manual swap. Truck has been running good with no problems, until yesterday. I was driving and the truck just shut off, as soon as I stopped I started to smell burned wires, very light inside the truck, but very strong once i got out and opened the hood. I found one wire going from the positive terminal on the battery that goes to the main wire harness that was lightly melted. I replaced that wire and a couple others that were questionable. Truck will turn over, but will not start. My radio will not power on either now. I cracked my injectors open to insure I am still getting fuel, which I am, and even tried ether. Still not starting. All fuses are good, and previous owner has already removed fuseable links. I am needing any help possible to diagnose, as I am out of ideas. Thanks

Need to check if one of those wires has crossed over to the fuel solenoid as that engine is all mechanical with the exception of the shutoff solenoid.

Yeah I know that its mainly mechanical. I was thinking the fuel solenoid at first but fuel was still coming out the injectors. Wouldnt i not get fuel if it was bad? On top of my solenoid there are two wires coming off it instead of the one. And using a volt meter I found neither have volts to them. I am gonna trace them back and see where they connect and go from there.
