Replaced gov pressure sensor and solenoid, no change. Getting p0700 code which from my understanding is a common trans fault code, thinking about changing the wiring harness for the gov pressure sensor and solenoid amd seeing what that does. Currently the truck starts out in third gear and has no lockup, can manually pull into second and can only get first manually from a shift from reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks CPL COLLIER USMC

 

Still having this issue, replaced the gov sensor and transducer and the overdrive solenoid, no change come on guys, been almost 70 views and no responses

 

sorry to hear about your problem.i had similar problems out of mine a few months back.they replaced the throttle control valve(the computer thing on the driver side of the transmission) and that one went out and the ended up replacing the valve body and still going strong now. Might have the throttle control valve checked out first.sorry I couldn't be more help.hope you get it figured out
