2001 cummins/edge juice/ 80hp injectors/ fass95/ southbend clutch and hydros....

Normal= 36lbs boost,1400 egt.
Now=26lbs boost,1000 egt

Edge was sent in and updated as I thought that might be the problem,,
Built boost leak tester and everything seem fine
Cleaned all connections of the juice a couple times

Truck has been scanned.. no codes on the injection pump
map sensor is reading fine

Anything that im missing here..
My last 2 ideas are frozen wastegate( although I don't have excessive smoke)
or my vp44 just cant keep up

let me know if theres something else I should check

 

How's fuel pressure?

Clamp off your your wastegate and see if that does anything for you.
