2008 Cummins 2500 standard, Gone through two turbos. Would like to upgrade. Talked with two different truck performance companies about what would be need for a upgrade. Not sure of what is needed or not for the upgrade. This what they say I need: Turbo of course, programmer, Air Intake Manifold, Exhaust Manifold and Gaskets, Coolant Plugs, Extended Length Oil Drain, Down Pipe and Exhaust. I am ready to call Industrial Injection tomorrow and ask them what I need for a upgrade.

 

That sounds about right, I take it you want to go to a 24v 2nd gen exhaust manifold....?

 

Does anyone know if you can use the Cummins Tuner Spade Series King 4222-1 for programmer?

H.R.D the manifold is a AFE Power BaldeRunner Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold. Will that work?

 

Yes you can use the Spade tuner for tuning, EFI live is the top self of tuners and I highly recommend you go with them(that is what a spade tuner is).

If it is a 2nd gen style or 6.7 style, yes it will work.
