Default 2002 Chevy daily driver won't start.

I have a 2002 Chevrolet 3500 crew cab 2 wheel drive. No modifications that I know of 108000 miles, automatic. I have not hot rodded it at all. Owned it about 2 weeks. It was stuttering above 1900 rpm at highway speeds. I changed fuel filters air filter and oil. It was throwing an intermittent code, but I couldn't catch it with EFI live. Still trying to learn that program. I ran it with a couple of different driving patterns, and the fuel pressure pid displayed 59 PSI. The second time I ran it it showed 0 PSI. This morning I went out to start it for work and it fired up. It ran 2 seconds then died and now only cranks over. I have not had a chance to put my computer back on it. Maybe when I get off of work today. I only have 2 days to get it up and running again.

My plastic bleed screw on the filter base was split down the middle.
