Default so frustrated, need advice!!

im a millwright out of town and off for 5 days and gotta figure out truck...been trying to figure it out for 3-4 weeks now and about ready to sell it.
got a vibrations in the truck, feels more like in my seat and floor boards and a little in steering, i replaced my diff approx 5-6 weeks ago with another diff that only had 40.000km
i checked both front wheel bearings both seem ok ball joint replace last summer.
when going down highway doing about 90-100km/h rpms are jumpy little. I also blew my rear main break line going to the back i replace line complet and ONLY bleed the back is that ok?? considering its a split reservoir, but what about proportion valve??

things i checked
- motor mounts
- hormonic dampner ( how to know if its bad?? )
- fan clutch ( has bit of play )
- made sure weight were on both shaft
- weight on tires are ok

parts replace
- both u joints on rear drive shaft
- 1 u joint and ball/spring in 4x4 drive shaft
- pass. side outer tie rod
- i put limited slip additive in rear diff when replace
- new trans rubber mount

gotta drive 600km to go back to work got 4-5 days to figure this out thanks

Dont know what kind of truck it is but it sounds like it could be a axle joint. Have you had the tires balanced?

Tires should be the first thing you look at when you have a vibration.

i went under truck real fast this morning took at look at my track bar. that i replace about 6 months ago with a stock MOOG one. looking at it real quick it looks like my backet for track bar is cracked at the frame not at the axle is this possible ?? i do have a 2.5"-3" rough country leveling kit on truck

didnt spend much time under there as its about -35c out here i plan on waiting this afternoon till it warms up a little

What does the wear look like on your tires? I had a set of Coopers that were out of round and would shake like crazy. I had rebalanced them once a month and still they wore funny(even on the rear). Like mentioned I would check the tires.

took all 4 tires off the truck inspected them very very closely they all seem ok rolled them on the ground seem all good.... will a hormonic dampner that is gone bad cause the motor to shake and cause the cummins is so big and heavy will shake the truck??? how do u know if the hormonic is good or bad??

If the harmonic damper was bad truck/engine would vibrate in neutral at high idle a close visual inspection of the damper will tell you it's ok make sure rubber hasn't torn and spun and the damper tracks straight if I had to guess you have a drive line issue move tires around see if vibe gets worse or better check drive shafts closely see if welded weights fell off and u joints ok inspect wheel bearing play and ball joints also for any rim damage/wheel weights good luck

I would jack the rear tires in the air, put it in gear and get it up to speed and see if you have your vibration. Atleast then you can rule out the rear driveline.

Make sure your rims are clean also
