Default seeping Trans fluid

I have a 2006 lbz. I recently installed a Trans go jr. i changed the filters added the stock magnet and put all fresh fluid in. Drove the truck for a week everything was tight and running smooth but every so often i could smell tranny fluid. I checked for leaks didn't find any i figured it was burning off residual from the mess i made. The following weekend put all new Trans lines on with the braided all season repair kit it turned out beautiful. I topped off the fluid the truck has been running great i drive everyday to work and the occasional lean on it for a little fun. I still would smell fluid still no leaks until last night i drove three hours away to tow a friends truck home. I could smell it again and i noticed on the top of the tranny by the tail shaft was fluid coming down the housing and then down the Back of my hy tech pan. I never went over 205 for temp checked the dip stick and fluid was up high. Cooled down was normal. It never slips or over heats but it didn't feel as tourgey as normal when hauling. I'm thinking i over filled it. Any other thoughts are appreciated.
