Default Help I believe there's a short! 04 F-250

I initially had a problem with a terminal barely touching, so i replaced that, then my truck wouldn't start because the batteries were low. Then I charged them, and i was told they were bad so i replaced both the batteries and then had the alternator tested, and it was bad. So I replaced that. The truck ran great, then the voltage dropped and the batteries kept dying and voltage was under 12. now the batteries are flat dead. I do believe there is a short as I used a multi meter to test the positive end to touch ground, ex. the alternator, and I was getting continuity. So I think there is a short. I've tugged at a lot of wires and pulled all the fuses, still shorted.

HALP! I need to use my truck!

More info about the truck would help. Any aftermarket electronic accessories? I see a lot of issues from aftermarket remote starts and alarms on these. Any work done recently on the truck? Did this problem just pop up out of the blue?
