Default 97 f-350 with right bank of cylinders down

Just cruising along at 55mph with no load, she starts dieing off. Limped it home. So far i replaced the driver side vcg andharnesses, the glow plug pins were fried. It is the passenger side bank which is down. If I unplug the d/s vc plugs the truck will shut down. If I unplug the p/s there is no change. All of the injectors ohm out at 3.6. I am thinking IDM, but am looking for other thoughts. I removed the Idm and do not suspect water in there. I already replaced it three years ago. I'm hoping it does'nt need another one. Thoughts?

Thanks,
