Default 03 F350 6.0 Help - not starting

We came home and I left the diesel in the driveway. The weather got colder and my truck had cold starting problems before. Generally we only use it in the summer.
I tried starting it in the morning and it turned over but did not fire. As often I plugged it in. But this time it would not start either. Tried many times, starter did not like me that day. Left it for a few days then checked glow system and batteries. Surprisingly glow system seems ok. 0.6 ohms on the glow plugs. Power on the GPCM 12.6 volts. Power on the glow plugs 10.5 volts. Seems low though, batteries fully charged.
Code 261,264,267,270,273,276,279,282 Cylinder injector circuit low
Code 341 Cam positioning sensor A circuit range, bank1
Code 401 EGR A flow insufficient
Code 683 Glow plug control module to PCM comm. circuit
Code 132B Turbo boost control A performance
Code 2287 Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit intermittent

So I checked the GPCM connections and it may have been lose explaining P0683. EGR I had problems prior and it was cleaned. That may be back again. That may explain P0401.
But all the cylinders and P2287 may explain why it is not starting.

The next day I tried again. I cleared all the codes. Charged the batteries over night and checked the glow system prior. The truck wants to fire up on one cylinder and if I try enough it will fire up but then dies right away. It does not stay running and it seems no fuel is being delivered. Fuel filter is new and had fuel in it. One injector had an issue before and was replaced. The stutter was not corrected and I am considering a high pressure oil leak on it. Could it be I lost oil pressure on all injectors by one losing pressure?

It was very subtle in starting before it died completely. It had some white smoke at low rpm acceleration and black when stepping on.

Any ideas on where to check next would be appreciated.
